Sending Canned Messages

If your agency has configured canned (predefined) messages, you can select and send one or more messages from the list to Dispatch as appropriate.

Procedure

  1. Tap the Message button on the top navigation bar. Send Message button
    The Message screen opens.
    The Canned Messages Screen.
  2. Tap A message bubble.
    The Canned Messages sidebar opens.

  3. Select the appropriate canned message from the list.
    A canned message will display in the message pane.
    Note:
    To undo a canned message, tap An arrow going counter clockwise.
  4. Optional: Tap An arrow pointing left to close the sidebar.
  5. Tap Send.
