Improvements and Bug Fixes

Additional improvements and fixes in the version include:

Fixed an issue where the Odometer field did not appear when attempting to logoff. 1210 Odometer Entry Required setting was set to 5.
Fixed an issue where when the NFS payment type was selected, it was not sent back to PASS.
