About Preparing the Database

Specific tables must be available for PASS-IPA to work with your database.

Contact Trapeze Customer Care to have a representative assist you with this process to prevent file deletion or file corruption.

Database edits should be performed with caution. An Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) data source must exist and it must be correctly configured. For instructions on editing the database, see the PASS System Administrator and User Guide.

If they are not already present, the following tables should be added to the database from MmsData.dbd:

  • TripPlanBatch
  • TripPlanBatchRequest
  • TripPlanExtraInfo
  • TripPlanningParameterSets
  • TripPlanningSolutions
  • TripPlanningSolutionSets
  • TripPlanRequest
  • TripPlanRequestSolution
  • TripPlanResult

Tables required for PASS-IPA are highlighted in the MmsData.dbd file, which is open in DBEdit.
