FX Itinerary Searches are not Automatically Performed in Trip Booking

Condition

In Trip Booking, in the Trip Plan Analyzer Wizard, you have to click the Run Batch button to perform an itinerary search. The itinerary planning system is not called automatically after the booking is saved.

Cause

The Auto FX Itineraries property is incorrectly set.

This property determines whether the system automatically runs a search after saving the booking. If it is incorrectly set, the itinerary planning system will not be called after the booking is saved.

Remedy

In Trip Booking, open File > Properties and, on the Booking Screen tab, set the Auto FX Itineraries property to Yes.

The Trip Plan Analyzer property should also be set to Yes, as this automatically loads booking information into the Trip Plan Analyzer Wizard. (Otherwise, click the search button in the Trip Plan Analyzer Wizard.)
