Added the following log details to the CDBlog for TpNet.ini connection
issues:

If TpNet.ini cannot be found or cannot open.

If the Schedule Server name is not in the TpNet.ini display.

If you cannot connect to Schedule Server (the IP address and port that the
workstation is trying to connect to).
- If you cannot connect to Schedule Server. If Schedule Server is not there (no
