Adding Terms and Conditions

Your legal department or a designated authority can provide the terms and conditions that apply to the purchase of the transit passes.

About this task

Depending on your agency's policies, you can choose to have the terms and conditions read to clients when they purchase the pass to ensure that they will abide by them for the current and future purchases.

If the terms and conditions are available in multiple languages, the text is shown in the language specified in the client's record. To add a language in which to show the terms and conditions, contact your Trapeze representative.

Procedure

  1. Click File > Ancillary Data > Para > Pricing > EZ-Wallet > Terms and Conditions.
  2. From the Default Language list, select a language for which to define the purchase terms and conditions.
  3. Type or copy and paste the terms and conditions into the text field, or modify the text as needed.
    Bold formatting, italicization, font changes, font size changes, and line spacing cannot be applied, nor can these functions be added.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Optional: To add terms and conditions in another language:
    1. From the Default Language list, select the new language.
      Contact your system administrator if you do not see the required language.
    2. Type or copy and paste the terms and conditions into the text field, or modify the text as needed.
    3. Click Save.
  6. Click Close.
