Trips are Not Available to the Driver

Condition

There are no trips on a driver's mobile computer.

Cause

Is the vehicle assigned to a run? Are the trips selected as Unsent?

Remedy

Procedure

  • Log the driver on/off from the MDT Center.
  • Have the driver log off/on.
  • Select the trips as Unsent again.
  • Have the driver move a block away, as the vehicle might be sitting in a dead zone.
  • Check that the MDT ID is set correctly in the Trapeze Vehicles screen (found in the Trapeze4 Workstation under Task > Vehicles).
