About PASS-IPA

PASS-IPA (PASS Itinerary Planning Assistant) is an add-on module for the Trapeze PASS demand response scheduling system.

PASS-IPA helps sites provide paratransit service that is comparable with fixed route options and maintain compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). PASS-IPA integrates with Trapeze INFO to facilitate paratransit trip planning solutions.

Sites can use PASS-IPA to:

• Determine fixed route alternatives as trips are booked in PASS
• Use fixed route ride times to set maximum paratransit ride times
• Analyze the comparability of trips provided or denied in the past
• Evaluate the impact of proposed fixed route service changes
