Cases and Infractions
Cases and Infractions are two tabs in Service Infractions.
Enhancements and corrections to Cases and Infractions typically concern system users.

Together, these two features provide the ability for an agency that chooses not to investigate infractions individually an easy way to forgive all infractions.
