Improvements and Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where the pickup unit was being printed in the Drop-Off Location column of an Infractions letter, instead of the dropoff unit.

Fixed an issue where Service Infractions was not logging out after a period of inactivity.

Fixed an issue where when Service Infractions was open in two separate web browser tabs, the changes made to one tab did not reflect in the other tab when the browser was refreshed.

Fixed an issue where when generating a letter, it was using the TimePeriod.Name property instead of the TimePeriod.DisplayName.

Fixed an issue where the Tracker Action Browser could not be resized to make it more readable.

In the Workspace, the Client port will now have a Log Out button like the Admin port.

OpenWeather is now the new weather data provider in the Weather component.

Fixed an issue in the Cases tab, where when attempting to create an infraction for a Behavioral policy, the trip data for previous dates were not available from the Trip Info dropdown menu.

Fixed an issue where a Behavioral policy case in Warning Alert Stage 1 - Investigation, could not be promoted to Compose Warning.

Fixed an issue in the Violation Alert stage of a policy, where when attempting to download letters by clicking All In Phase, the letters were downloaded from the Warning Alert stage instead.

Fixed an issue where when attempting to promote cases from Violation Alert - Investigation to Violation Alert - Compose Suspension, Service Infractions throws an AsyncReceiveError exception error, and cases are not promoted.

Fixed an issue where a client case with multiple addresses was not displaying the correct address.

Fixed an issue where when clicking Confirm All Undecided, or Forgive All Undecided, an error alert pop-up appears when the cases are a combination of decided and undecided cases.

Fixed an issue where when clicking on an infraction in the Client Information widget, it does not automatically scroll to the client’s case in the list of cases.

Fixed an issue where infractions were not filtered when selecting a status for a case (Forgive, Undecided, and Confirm).

When viewing infractions from a policy, infraction criteria can now be filtered by Funding Source.
