Improvements and Bug Fixes

Additional improvements and bug fixes for 8.0 released on June 27, 2025

General

  • Fixed an issue where a document did not have text that corresponded with the tags from the Print Label template.

Cases

  • Fixed the following issues where cases still appeared despite configured to be hidden through a context property:
    • Cases from the Initial stage continued to appear even when the Initial stage was configured to be hidden using the PassEligibility/CasesScreen/Show initial stage in policy context property.
    • Archived cases were shown when policy node was clicked despite the PassEligibility/CasesScreen/Include archived in total count context property was set to False. Their count was also included in the total count.

  • Fixed an issue where case cards were not displaying in the Cases screen.

  • Fixed an issue on the Cases screen where cases from previous time periods remained visible in the Initial phase, despite the Hide previous time period initial cases setting being enabled in context properties.
  • Fixed an issue where the column headers in the Tracker Action and Expunge grids were not displaying correctly

Infractions

  • Fixed an issue where when adding a infraction to a case, the bookings in the Trip Info dropdown list did not filter by clients.

Policies

  • Fixed an issue where policy cards were not displaying in the Policy screen.
