21.3.0.0 ENH The following parameters have been added under Miscellaneous Globals: Minimum Recovery Time and Maximum Recovery Time to control layovers, that is, prevent 0 or high layovers. They can be set for global minimum and maximum recovery values. (If used, the values set for the parameters are displayed in the Min RBO Layover and MaxRBO Layover columns on the Patterns tab in the Route Definition screen in FX.) FX-11471
21.3.0.0 ENH To enable users to stop the Run Block Optimizer while runcutting, the Close button has been replaced with a Cancel button in the Block Optimizer Status dialog. FX-11424
21.3.0.0 ENH The issue of the non-implied deadheads being removed from blocks after the Run Block Optimizer was run has been fixed. Previously, users had to run Generate Exception Deadheads for the selected line groups after running Run Block Optimizer because the interline deadhead values were not shown. FX-11402
21.4.0.0 ENH The query to compare original block scenarios and new block scenarios created in the Run Block Optimizer can now be run as a SQL report. FX-12049
21.5.0.0 ENH If the blocks have not been modified after users run the Run Block Optimizer, the block numbers/IDs now remain the same. If the blocks have been modified, users will have to renumber the blocks again. FX-12230
21.8.0.0 CORR On the Block Optimizer Parameters by Situation tab, the scenario names are now shown instead of their abbreviations. FX-13043
21.9.0.0 ENH Changes were made in the appearance of the Global Constraint Details dialog to allow users to configure constraint rules more easily. These changes include dropdown lists for vehicle types and node/garages, spin boxes for times and timespans, and combo boxes for entering or selecting values. FX-13042
