Required FX Report Components

FX Standard reports are accessed in Trapeze5.

The following files are required:
  • Trapeze5 Build (TP5-19.X.X.zip – where X is the version to be installed)
  • Standard Reports (_dll_s)
  • Custom Reports (FxReportsClientsite.dll, if applicable)
  1. Within the Bin folder, create a Plugin folder.
  2. Extract the contents of the Trapeze 5 build into the Plugin directory.
  3. Copy the Standard Reports files into the Plugin directory, FxStandardReports.dll.
  4. Optional: If the client site has requested custom reports, then copy the custom reports file into the Plugin directory, for example, FxReportsClientsite.dll.
  5. Click the Mmsw41.exe file. The Trapeze4 Workstation opens and the Login dialog box appears.
  6. Log in as an administrator and type the appropriate password.
  7. Click the Configure button to set the Profile. The main menu and toolbar appear.
  8. Click Tools > Reports. The Trapeze5 screen appears. In the new screen, click Tools > Extensions. The Extensions dialog box appears.
    1. On the Modules tab, click Add Module. The Select Module File dialog box appears.
    2. From the Look in list, select the Plugin directory.

      A list of files with tpx extensions appears.

    3. Select the Report50.tpx file and Main50.tpx files. (You can add them to the directory one at a time.)
    4. Click Open. The files are added to the list on the Modules tab.
    5. To exit the Extensions dialog box, click OK.
