About OPS Reports

OPS reports consolidate operational data from Trapeze OPS.

You can run standard reports that are provided with OPS, such as bidding, dispatch, workforce management, and timekeeping reports. For descriptions and samples of available standard reports, see the OPS Standard Reports Catalog.

You can also run custom reports for your transit site. Custom reports are created either by Trapeze staff or by staff at your transit site.

Standard and custom reports in OPS are implemented using the following methods:

Crystal: Crystal reports in OPS enable you to run standard reports with complex logic and formatting.
HTML: Standard HTML reports are available in either OPS or Employee Self-Service.
SQL: Custom reports based on SQL queries. Trapeze does not support SQL reports.

Note: Trapeze Software ULC only supports reports that are developed or modified by Trapeze.
