Description: Information for Blockbuster processing of reliefs. It allows a bus to be left unattended during a layover.

| ServiceGroupId | Service group identifier from MasterServiceGroup.ServiceGroupId. |
| NodeId | Node identifier from Nodes.NodeId. |
| FromTime | Start time of the time bracket. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| ToTime | End time of the time bracket. Value is in seconds from midnight. |
| MaxNumVehicles | Maximum number of vehicles which can layover unattended at a location. |
| UseLayoversAsBreak | Indicates whether or not the layovers within a piece are used as a break. If true, the piece becomes two pieces. |
| OffsetTime | Time in seconds that the relieving operator must return prior to the end of the layover. |
| UsePrevTripOffset | If true, BlockBuster uses the arrival time of the previous trip instead of the cut time as the operator's On time. This is used only with driver blocks. |
| StartOffset | Duration in seconds that the relieved operator must remain with the vehicle after the start of the layover. |
