Configuring the Client Shell

To configure the Client Shell, you must specify screen modules, or plug-ins, to load in the Client Shell including directory information. Each module contains functionality for a specific Trapeze application.

  1. Start and log on to the Client Shell.
  2. Click Tools > Extensions.

    The Extensions dialog appears.

  3. On the Screen Modules tab, select the modules that you want to include:
    • Cmn_Cli_CommonAncillary
    • Cmn_Cli_CommonScreens
    • Core_Cli_Report
    • Core_Cli_SupplementaryData
    • INFO_Cli_CDOInterface
    • INFO_Cli_Complaints
    • INFO_Cli_ComplaintsAncillary
    • INFO-Cli_Office
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Click OK.

The system brings all the extensions you selected into COM. These modules contain the core information you need to use the application.
