New Features and Enhancements

The following release notes cover new features and enhancements for Traveler Experience modules/products that interface with Trapeze 6 (client shell/service shell).

SIP Protocol for PASS-IVR Twilio

Support Transfers Using the SIP Protocol for PASS-IVR Twilio. When the UseSIPTransfer context property is enabled transfers to the operator and other offices are performed using the SIP protocol. When the property is disabled then transfers are performed using the standard method of making phone calls.

Twilio Voice Notification "Completed" Status

Twilio voice notification “completed” status will now be updated in the NotificationWaitingArea (NWA) table. After voice notifications are completed with Twilio, the notification record's status is updated in the NWA table to indicate that it has completed (status value of '2'). The value of the LatestResponseFromServer field in the NWA table is updated for the notification record. If the event indicates that the call was answered by an answering machine then this field includes that information. Also appropriate logging will track the notification status (errors, warnings, messages, and verbose tracing where appropriate).
