Improvements and Bug Fixes

Updated the functionality for funding sources by adding two additional types: First Default Only and All Defaults to the PASS/PassInfoServer/CreateTrip/DefaultAllClientFundingSources context property.

This update was implemented to match the behavior of the system property setting (Default all client Funding Sources, set to No) in the PASS workstation.
