About WebCare

Trapeze WebCare is a PASS-Web G3 add-on that enables transit workers to perform the following tasks for their clients who have PASS-Web G3 accounts:

  • Book casual and subscription trips. (This depends on transit agency's rules.)
  • View, confirm, and cancel the client's casual and subscription trips. View and update the client's profile.
  • Change the client's password.
  • View announcements and general information from transit agency. Provide feedback from the client.

Administrators can assign workers to worker groups in the Trapeze6 Client Shell..

Note: It is assumed that the transit agency has acquired PASS and PASS-Web G3 in order to have WebCare installed.
