Some advice on how to use this document.

This document contains a list of features introduced in v19. To help you understand the effort required in upgrading your system, certain items have graphic cues based on standard signage.

Indicates a feature that either changes existing functionality or adds significant new functionality. If you plan on using this feature, you must plan your upgrade carefully, conduct testing, and provide training for staff. Contact your Trapeze representative for guidance before proceeding.

Indicates moderate change. Already skilled staff may be able to adapt to the new or enhanced functions just by reading the technical documentation. While you should conduct some testing, the changes are unlikely to cause significant problems. Contact your Trapeze representative if you have any questions or concerns.

Unmarked items can be implemented without concern. Trained staff should be able to understand any changes from the context or by reading the technical documentation.
