IVR Reports Setup
The required services and device log tables would have been configured when IVR was installed.
IVR standard reports also require that the following components be initially set up:

Call Flow/Markup containing log tags at all locations that you want to capture in the reports.

Voice Gateway configured to store statistics.
- Report Groups - Added in the INFO web portal.
- Trapeze6 Client Shell must be configured with the following:

IVR Reports
- Statistics Load and Summarization

- Crystal Reports XI R2 Runtime - This is used when generating the reports.
- PDF viewer - You can use this to view the report directly in the Client Shell. An example is Adobe Acrobat®.
