About Remark Characteristics
Remark characteristics are the attributes that are associated with each message or remark. These characteristics give you useful information about the remarks you receive and can answer a lot of questions you may have about them.
Adding Remark Categories
You can create Remark Categories depending on what is relevant or useful to your site.

You can create Remark Categories depending on what is relevant or useful to your site.

In the Remarks dialog, click Wizard > Maintenance > Remark Categories.
The InfoRemarkCategory dialog opens.
Click New.
A new Remark Category field is added to the grid.
In the blank field, type the name of the new category.
Click Save.
