PASS-MON PASS v19 contains a number of improvements.

Items with a * were introduced (partly or in whole) in maintenance releases of previous versions.

MDT Server

  • MDT Server supports DV and VD Comment functionality.

    DV and VD Comment allows drivers to perform same day comments, which are available to all drivers.

    For example, Driver A picks up a passenger from a side door instead of the front door. Driver A makes a same day comment for the next driver for the drop-off. Dispatch recieves the comment and notifies Driver B for the drop-off.

  • The tracker action from MDT Server of booking activity changes now appears in the tracker action log. *
  • MDT Server can now reload properties. Previously, whenever system or profile properties were changed in the Workstation, the MDT Server would need to be restarted for changes to take effect.
  • Email notifications can now be sent when a connection status change occurs in MDT Server. You can specify a list of email addresses for the notifications in the context property: PASS4 > MDT Server > General > Destination Email Addresses For Status Notifications.
  • You now have the option to close open RTT channels in MDT Center instead of manually searching through MDT Center or running a query. *
  • A tracker action log now appears when there is an add, edit, or remove activity through the MDT Server.

Monitor

  • MDT Server Monitor now has a MDT Server group tab to view messages for multiple MDT Servers. The Default tab is now designated for viewing messages from a single server.
