Assigning Providers to Clients

Assigning providers to clients ensures that clients will only be assigned to specific providers.

Before you begin

The Trapeze4 Workstation must be open.

Procedure

  1. Click Task > Clients.
  2. Search for the client.
  3. Select the row of the client to assign a provider.
  4. Click the Provider tab.
  5. Provide the following information in their respective columns:
    Provider
    Click a provider.
    From Date
    Specify the start date when this client will be assigned to the provider.
    To Date
    Specify the end date after which this client will no longer be assigned to the provider.
    Default
    Click whether the provider will be automatically selected for the client unless changed to another.
  6. Click the Save button:
