Logging On to COM

Log on to COM to start working with the product.

Before you begin

The Service Shell must be running.

Procedure

  1. In an Internet web browser window, type the following:
    http://<host>:<port>
    where:
    host
    is the IP address of the COM server.
    port
    is the port number used to communicate with the Service Shell. The port number is specified in the Service Shell configuration file.
    The host and port number are specified in the Trapeze4 Workstation.
  2. Press Enter.
    The Session screen appears.
  3. In the Login field, type your user name.
  4. In the Password field, type your password.

Results

The main menu appears.
