What's New in Version 19

An overview of new features included in the PASS Standard Reports version 19 Catalog.

Items with a * were introduced (partly or in whole) in maintenance releases of previous versions.

Diagnostic Reports

  • Scheduled vs Actual Lat/Lon Report is a new report that is returned by MDT, which will help evaulate driving behavior.
    The following report parameters are available:
    • From Date and To Date
    • From Route and To Route
    • Show record with distance more than meters(s)
    The report shows the scheduled and actual co-ordinates of a pick-up and drop-off, and also calculates the difference. It includes the following:
    • the date
    • the run
    • the activity (this will always indicate pick-up)
    • the client name
    • the booking id.
    • the scheduled co-ordinates of the pick-up and drop-off
      • the scheduled latitude
      • the scheduled longtitude
    • the actual co-ordinates of the pick-up and drop-off
      • the actual latitude
      • the actual longtitude
    • the difference between actual and scheduled
      • the difference of latitude
      • the difference of longtitude
  • Scheduled vs Actual Dwell Time Report is a new report that provides sites with better visibility over scheduled vs. actual dwell times. The following report parameters are available:
    • From Date and To Date
    • From Route and To Route
    • Show record with distance more than meters(s)
    • Sort By

    The report shows scheduled and actual dwell times of a pick-up and drop-off and also calculates the difference. It includes the following:

    • the driver
    • the date
    • the run
    • the client name
    • the address/location
    • the spacetype
    • PassOn
    • PassOff
    • Dwell Time (In Mins) of a pick-up and drop-off
      • scheduled dwell time
      • actual dwell time
      • the difference of scheduled and actual dwell time
  • Transport Unit Purchase and Transport Unit Refund are now added to the following reports:
    • Attendant's End of Day Sales Details
    • Attendant's End of Day Sales Summary
    • EZWallet History of Rides
    • EZWallet Monthly Statement Format A
    • EZWallet Monthly Statement Format B
    • Transaction History Printed Report
