Using an Upgraded Version of PASS Reports

Route Error List Report
The Route Error List report identifies missing data and data that does not meet specified criteria.
Time and Distance List Report
The Time and Distance List report shows information entered when a booking was created or information edited using actual operational data collected via MDT or through manual entry.
Time List Report
The Time List report shows a route’s events, times, and odometer readings collected via MDT or by manual entry using the dispatching perform function.
Trapeze Static Report
The Trapeze Static report lists data values that do not change frequently, such as ancillary data values, polygons, barriers, user groups and accounts, parameters, clients, and locations.
Trip Plan Analysis Report
The Trip Plan Analysis report indicates whether paratransit trip requests could be made using fixed route transit services, and compares fares and travel time for the two modes.
Scheduled vs Actual Lat/Lon Report
Scheduled vs Actual Lat/Lon Report is a new report that is returned by MDT, which will help evaluate driving behavior.
Scheduled vs Actual Dwell Time Report
The Scheduled vs ActualDwellTime report provides sites with better visibility over scheduled vs. actual dwell times.
Fare- and funding source–related reports are categorized as fare and funding reports.
Attendant’s End of Day Sales Details Report
The Attendant's End of Day Sales Details report lists the specific transactions that a selected call center attendant made for a selected date.
Attendant's End of Day Sales Summary Report
The Attendant's End of Day Sales Summary report provides a summary of an attendant's sales and refund transactions and how they were paid for on a selected date.
Billing By Funding Source Report
The Billing By Funding Source Report produces a billing letter and detailed report for each funding source.
EZ-Wallet History of Rides Report
The EZ-Wallet History of Rides report provides information for each client, such as total fares and trip count.
EZ-Wallet Monthly Statement Format A Report
The EZ-Wallet Monthly Statement Format A report provides information for each client, such as starting account balance and ending account balance.
EZ-Wallet Monthly Statement Format B Report
The EZ-Wallet Monthly Statement Format B report provides information for each client, such as starting account balance and ending account balance.
Fare Collected Report
The Fare Collected Report shows the difference between expected and collected fares on a daily, monthly, or yearly basis.
Funding Source Productivity Report
The Funding Source Productivity Report provides information such as customer counts, trip counts, and service vs. revenue hours and distance by funding source. The report also provides average trip lengths, distances, and passengers per trip.
Funding Source Trip Summary Report
The Funding Source Trip Summary Report lists clients’ trips by funding source.
Monthly Distance by Customer Report
The Monthly Distance by Customer report provides passenger distances for a range of dates. If odometer values are not entered, the report uses longitude and latitude coordinates to estimate distances.
Short Fare Report
The Short Fare report shows customers whose fare and fare collected amounts differ. The report does not show the trips associated with fare differences, but does show booking IDs and routes.
Trip Count by Fare Type Report
The Trip Count by Fare Type report shows trip counts by fare type.
Trip Count by Funding Source Report
The Trip Count by Funding Source report shows trip counts by funding source.
Trip Count by TNC Provider Report
The Trip Count by TNC Provider report shows trip counts by transportation network company.
Reports that do not fit other categories are categorized as general reports.
Client List (Labels) Report
The Client List (Labels) report prints client labels or address lists. You can specify which clients to include in the report, as well as whether to produce mailing labels or a client address list.
Location Labels Report
The Location Labels report shows common locations in label format. You can show addresses for a single location type or for all locations.
Schedule List Report
The Schedule List report shows a route for a service date as scheduled in the Schedule Editor.
Unassigned Trips Report
The Unassigned Trips report shows all unassigned trips. Pick-ups and drop-offs are shown in time sequence order.
Operation-related reports are categorized as operational reports.
Call Back List Report
The Call Back List report lists trips where the negotiated trip time has changed and needs to be reported to the client.
Client Service Days Summary Report
The Client Service Days Summary report lists the days of service for a client in a specified date range. Detailed information in the report shows which days each client received service. Summary information in the report shows the number of days that each client received service.
Client Statistics Report
The Client Statistics report provides ridership information such as the number of rides, cancels, late cancels and no shows for a specified date range.
Common Location Report
The Common Location report provides ridership information to and from common locations for a specified period of time.
Cross Reference Report
The Cross Reference report shows all trips scheduled for a date.
Daily Cancels Report
The Daily Cancels report shows cancellations for a date. It provides information by time of day, and groups trips by subscription, casual, and other categories. The report also shows the percentage of cancellations for each group by time of day.
Daily Operations Report
The Daily Operations report shows operational statistics for a site, including ridership, service hour, and revenue hour information, by hour of the day. The report shows total subscription, casual and other trips and the total percentage of rides on each route.
Denials by Time Report
The Denials by Time report shows denials by time of day.
Denials Report
The Denials report shows denials for a specified date range. The report can show detailed information, including the pick-up and drop-off address, the time requested, and the distance of each trip.
Double Bookings Report
The Double Bookings report lists trips that have been double-booked. You can specify the maximum amount of time between negotiated trip times for the trips to be considered double bookings.
Late Trip Summary by Provider Report
The Late Trip Summary by Provider report provides late trip information sorted by route for a specified date range. You can specify the number of minutes late that a trip must be to be included in the report.
New Registers Report
The New Registers report lists clients who were registered during a specified date range.
Passenger Information Reconciliation Summary Report
The Passenger Information Reconciliation Summary report shows the passengers transported, fare type collected, fare amount to be collected, fare amount that was collected, and total cash count for each run.
Payroll Hours By Route - Actual Report
The Payroll Hours by Route - Actual report shows actual payroll hours by route for a specified date range.
Payroll Hours By Route - Scheduled Report
The Payroll Hours by Route - Scheduled report shows scheduled payroll hours by route for a specified date range.
Ride Length Report
The Ride Length report shows the length of time passengers were on vehicles on specified routes.
Same Day and Advance Booking Report
The Same Day and Advance Booking report shows bookings and how far in advance the reservations were made.
Slack Time Report
The Slack Time report shows slack time for runs for a single date or a range of dates.
Stranded Rider Report
Should an accident occur, a paratransit operator may need to provide information about paratransit clients to police or emergency response personnel. In some cases such as a natural or man-made disaster, you must be able to identify all clients for whom you are responsible.
Time and Distance Report
The Time and Distance report shows information about trips that may have involved poor service because of the length of the ride and/or because of service violations that occurred.
Transaction History Printed Report
The Transaction History Printed report lists the transactions made by a selected client for a selected date or date range.
Transit Usage Report (e-Purse)
The Transit Usage Report (e-Purse) lists the purse usage of a selected client for a selected date or date range.
Transit Usage Report (Pass)
The Transit Usage Report (Pass) lists the period passes purchased by a selected client for a selected date or date range.
Trip by City and Zip Code Report
The Trip by City and Zip Code report lists trips that will travel through selected cities or zip codes to be performed during a selected date range.
Trip Report by Polygon Report
The Trip Report by Polygon shows trips that begin and/or end in specific polygons. The report may be further filtered by funding source, subtype, or schedule status.
Trip Rescheduling Report
The Trip Rescheduling report shows all trip movements for rescheduled trips within the selected runs.
Productivity-related reports are categorized as productivity reports.
Break-Lunch-Refuel-Service Report
The Break-Lunch-Refuel-Service report shows break, lunch, and out of service records for any route that has them scheduled. The report shows the amount of break time scheduled on routes and the amount of slack time around the breaks.
Cancelled-Missed-NoShow and More Report
The Cancelled-Missed-NoShow and More report provides information for trips such as cancels, no shows, and missed trips. You can get details about trips for all customers or totals for a particular customer. Report data is sorted by provider, then by customer, and then by trip status.
Monthly Service Report
The Monthly Service report shows service by funding source, provider, purpose, and vehicle hours.
Non-Subscription vs Subscription Trips Report
The Non-Subscription vs. Subscription Trips report shows non-subscription and subscription trips by trip type, customer, and date. A total is shown for each type and the percentage of the total amount of trips. The summary report does not provide subtotals for each customer.
On Time Compliance Report
The On-Time Compliance report provides on-time performance information by route, driver, or client.
Optimize Report
The Optimize report groups trips that have the same longitude and latitude coordinates and are scheduled within one hour of each other if they are not all scheduled on the same run. The report shows both scheduled and unscheduled trips.
Provider Productivity Report
The Provider Productivity report shows ridership information by provider.
Route Performance Summary Report
The Route Performance Summary report shows route performance information for one day.
Route Productivity Report
The Route Productivity report shows passenger counts, trip counts, hours, and mileage by route.
Routing Comparison Report
The Routing Comparison report compares the direct distance of riders’ unrouted trips with the distance actually traveled as scheduled.
Trip Distance Productivity Details Report
The Trip Distance Productivity Details report provides service and revenue distance details for one or more routes, including passengers per trip, service distance, revenue distance and total distance.
Trip Distance Productivity Summary Report
The Trip Distance Productivity Summary report provides service and revenue distance for one or more routes, including passengers per trip, service distance, revenue distance, and total distance.
Trip Hours Productivity Details Report
The Trip Hours Productivity Details report shows service and revenue hour details for one or more routes.
Trip Hours Productivity Summary Report
The Trip Hours Productivity Summary report shows service and revenue hours for one or more routes.
Statistics-based reports are categorized as statistical data reports.
NTD Standard Report
The NTD Standard Report gathers service data for NTD reporting. The report is similar to the Trip Hours and Trip Miles Productivity standard reports. At the bottom of the report, a summary is listed about the options used, date or date ranges selected, and the user who generated the report.
NTD Vehicle Surveying Report
The NTD Vehicle Surveying report provides detailed trip statistics for one or more selected vehicles on a particular date.
Pre and Post Trip Inspection Report
The Pre and Post Trip Inspection report provides details collected from drivers about the state of their vehicles before and after their runs.
Ridership by Common Location Report
The Ridership by Common Location report shows counts for trips to or from common locations.
Ridership by Jurisdiction Report
The Ridership by Jurisdiction report groups trips by pick-up and drop-off city or jurisdiction.
Space Type and Passenger Type by Date with City Report
The Space Type and Passenger Type by Date with City report shows passenger counts by space type and passenger type for one or more cities. Trip counts are shown for trips that have pick-ups or drop-offs in the specified city or cities.
Trip Count Report
The Trip Count report shows trip counts for specified categories and dates.
Trip Count by Booking Subtype Report
The Trip Count by Booking Subtype report shows trip counts by booking subtype (e.g., DEM, REG).
Trip Count by Certification Date Report
The Trip Count by Certification Date report shows trip counts for clients with specified certification dates.
Trip Count by Disability Report
The Trip Count by Disability report shows trip counts by client disability type. The report does not count unscheduled trips. Clients with multiple disabilities are included in an N/A disability category.
Trip Count by Distance Report
The Trip County by Distance report shows trip counts by distance traveled.
Trip Count by Eligibility Condition Report
The Trip County by Eligibility Condition report shows trip counts by distance traveled.
Trip Count by Provider Report
The Trip Count by Provider report shows trip counts by provider.
Trip Count by Purpose Report
The Trip Count by Purpose report shows trip counts by booking purpose.
Trip Count by Travel Time Report
The Trip Count by Travel Time report shows trip counts by travel time. Trip counts can be provided for 5-minute intervals or for specific trip lengths.
Trip Count by Trip Broker Report
This report shows the number of trips by provider status during a specified date range. This information is retrieved from the Trip Broker module.
Trip Count by Zip Code Report
The Trip Count by Zip Code report shows trip counts by zip code.
Unduplicated Passenger Report
The Unduplicated Passenger report shows the number of unique passengers with trips in each successive month of the specified fiscal year.
FLEX trip reports are based on PASS standard reports but designed for Trapeze FLEX users.
Boarding Alighting (FLEX) Report
The Boarding Alighting Report shows the number of passengers who boarded and alighted at each FLEX stop for a selected date range.
Daily Operations (FLEX) Report
The Daily Operations report shows operational characteristics of a site broken down by the hour.
Funding Source Productivity (FLEX) Report
The Funding Source Productivity report provides information such as customer counts, trip counts, and service vs. revenue hours and distance by funding source. The report also provides average trip lengths, distances, and passengers per trip.
Provider Productivity (FLEX) Report
Similar to the Provider Productivity standard report, the Provider Productivity (FLEX) report shows ridership information by provider.
On Time Compliance (FLEX) Report
The On Time Compliance report provides on-time performance information by run or vehicle.
Route Productivity (FLEX) Report
Similar to the Route Productivity standard report, the Route Productivity (FLEX) report shows passenger counts, trip counts, hours and mileage by route. This report also includes FLEX trip and passenger count information.
Trip Distance Productivity Details (FLEX) Report
The Trip Distance Productivity Details report provides service and revenue distance information for one or more routes, including passengers per trip, service distance, revenue distance and total distance.

Manifest reports show itinerary information in a variety of ways.
Manifest0 (Original)
Manifest0 shows driver itinerary information in its originally designed format.
Manifest1 (With Later Trips)
Manifest1 shows driver itinerary information with later trips.
Manifest2 (PU/DO Same Line)
Manifest2 shows driver itinerary information with pick-ups and drop-offs in the same row.
Manifest3 (With Later Trips and DO)
Manifest3 shows driver itinerary information with later trips and drop-offs.
Manifest4 (All)
Manifest4 shows all available driver itinerary information.
Reconciliation Manifest
The Reconciliation Manifest shows actual odometer and fare collected information.
Taxi Manifest by Name
The Taxi Manifest by Name provides information for taxi providers who do not need pick-up and drop-off order information.
Taxi Manifest by Time
The Taxi Manifest by Time provides information for taxi providers who need pick-up and drop-off order information.
Trapeze Manifest
The Trapeze Manifest report shows the run itinerary (seen in Schedule Editor) in a different format with a selected amount of information.
