EZ-Wallet Monthly Statement Format A Report
The EZ-Wallet Monthly Statement Format A report provides information for each client, such as starting account balance and ending account balance.
The report also provides each transaction amount, transaction balance, transaction type,
trip date, requested time, trip origin, and trip destination for client trips within the
defined time period.
Note: This report uses data collected from the EZ-Wallet module.
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| From | Year and month start for the report. |
| To | Year and month end for the report. |
| Customer | Customer that the report is about. You can search by client ID number or client last name. For example, use /121 to search for the client whose ID number is 121, or type Smith to search for a client whose last name is Smith. Click the binoculars button to complete the search. To include all clients, leave the Customer field blank. |
