Funding Source Trip Summary Report

The Funding Source Trip Summary Report lists clients’ trips by funding source.

Table 1. Funding Source Trip Summary Report Parameters
Parameter Description
From Date First date of records in the report.
To Date Last date of records in the report.
Include Trip types to be included:
  • Cancels. Canceled trips.
  • No-Shows. No-Show trips.
  • Unscheduled. Unscheduled trips.
All FS If selected, all funding source records are included (including records with no funding source). Clear All FS to select specific funding sources from the list.
Providers If All is selected, records for all providers appear in the report. If All is cleared, select individual providers from the list. The options available to you depend on provider security.
