Call Back List Report

The Call Back List report lists trips where the negotiated trip time has changed and needs to be reported to the client.

Parameter Description
Ride Date Date of included records.
Booking Type Booking subtype for the report. Choose All to include all booking subtypes.
Funding Source If All is selected, the report includes data for all funding sources. Otherwise, select a funding source from the list.
Home Address Type Home address type.

Address types are defined in ancillary data in the Trapeze4 Workstation.

Minutes Deviation Before Number of minutes before the negotiated trip time that the trip can deviate before it must be reported to the client.
Minutes Deviation After Number of minutes after the negotiated trip time that the trip can deviate before it must be reported to the client.
Sort By Sort order used in the report.
Compare Time Times to be compared:
  • Negotiated time (NegTime) vs. scheduled time (SchTime)
  • Negotiated time (NegTime) vs. estimated time (EstTime)
  • Negotiated time (NegTime) vs. required time (ReqTime)
Providers If All is selected, records for all providers appear in the report. If All is cleared, select individual providers from the list. The options available to you depend on provider security.
