Client Service Days Summary Report

The Client Service Days Summary report lists the days of service for a client in a specified date range. Detailed information in the report shows which days each client received service. Summary information in the report shows the number of days that each client received service.

From Date First date of records in the report.
To Date Last date of records in the report.
Show Detail Report

If selected, the report shows detailed information.

Detailed and summary information can be shown in one report.
Show Summary Report If selected, the report shows summary information. Detailed and summary information can be included in one report.
