Running PASS Standard Reports

PASS standard reports provide operational statistics for your transit site using data from Trapeze PASS.

Before you begin

The Trapeze Reports module must be open.

To run each of the reports listed in this catalog, you must be granted permission to access them in the Trapeze6 Client shell. If you cannot access a report, contact your system administrator. Security permissions for each report are found under Permissions > Trapeze4 > Trapeze Standard Reports.

About this task

PASS standard reports are run using the Trapeze Reports module. Reports appear in a separate window, where you can view them, print them, or export them in another format.

Procedure

  1. Click Reports and click a report type (for example, Data Diagnostic).
    Trapeze Reports appears.

  2. Click the name of the report to be run.
  3. Click Process & Run Report.
    A dialog box shows the report parameters.
  4. Specify the report parameters and click OK.
    The report appears in a report viewer window.
  5. Optional: Print the report:
    1. Click the Print button:
      The Print button.
    2. In the Page Setup dialog box, specify page setup options and click OK.
    3. In the Print dialog box, specify the pages and number of copies to print.
      Click Preferences to select more printer options.
    4. Click Print.
  6. Optional: Export the report:
    1. Click the Export button:
      The Export button.
    2. In the Export dialog box, specify a Format (for example, Acrobat (PDF)), comma-separated values (CSV), Excel (XLS), or Crystal Reports (RPT)) and Destination for the exported report (for example, disk file or application) and click OK.
    3. In the Export Options dialog box, specify the pages to export and click OK.
    4. If the Choose Export File dialog box appears, specify the name and location for the file and click Save.
