Assigning PASS Real Time Views to UI Groups
System administrators can limit which real time views are seen by specific UI Groups.

Procedure

In the main menu, click Customize.
If you are looking at a real time view, click the Menu tab to return to the main menu.The Links - Workspace dialog box appears. The Available Links pane on the left contains all available menus and menu items. The Current Links for pane on the right contains all menus and menu items that are available for users in the current user group. Menu names appear in bold text.

In the Current Links for list, click the UI group for which you
want to make changes.
Current menus and menu items for the selected group appear in the right-side pane.

Customize the menu layout:
Link groups are seen as headings in menus and links are the available tools. For PASS Real Time Views, this is the individual Views.
To... Do this... Add available headings and tools Drag link groups and links from the Available Links pane and drop them into the Current Links for pane. Add all available headings and tools Click the Add All button: 
Reorder headings and tools Drag link groups or links and drop them into the correct order. Note: If you place a link outside of the defined link groups, the tool will not be visible in the menus.Remove headings and tools Drag link groups or links from the Current Links for pane and drop them into the Available Links pane. Remove all headings and tools Click the Remove All button: 
Create custom headings In the New Group field, type the new heading name. Click Add. Copy the menu configuration to other UI groups Select the group to receive the settings on the Copy To list, then click the Copy To button. - In the Copy To drop-down list, select the UI groups that should use the new menu layout.
- Click the Copy To button.
