About Setting Up PASS Real Time Views Screens

PASS Real Time Views show dispatch information for the current day.

Individual views are designed to show the following:

Unperformed Events: Shows scheduled events that have not been performed.
On-Board Time: Shows trips where clients remain on board the vehicle for a significant period of time.
Late Pull-ins: Shows pull-ins with estimated pull-in times that are later than scheduled.

Late Pull-outs: Shows pull-outs that are scheduled to pull-out but have not yet pulled out.

Late Trips: Shows late trips that have not been performed.

Transfers: Shows transfer drop-off and pick-up records.

Appointment Time: Shows unperformed drop-offs that are scheduled late for the specified appointment times.

You can specify which data appears in each view by setting context properties. For example, you can specify how late a pull-in must be for it to appear in the Late Pull-Ins view.

You can also customize the appearance of each view by specifying the columns, column order, sort order for records, and grid appearance.
