Specifying Columns and Column Order
You can customize the appearance of each view by specifying the columns to be shown and the column order to be used.
Before you begin
Procedure
- In the Edit Fields For drop-down list, select the UI Group to which the new column layout will apply.

In the Fields pane, in the Visible
column, select the check box for each column that you want to appear in the
grid.
Clear the check box for each column that you do not want to appear in the grid.
- Optional: To display a name for a field that is different than the name shown in the Original column, type the field name in the New Caption column.
- Optional: To change the location of a column in the grid, click and hold the left mouse button on the field, and drag the field to the desired position in the list.
- Click Save.
