Setting the Trace Level

You can enable a trace logging level on the Switches tab of the Trace Options dialog box.

About this task

For switches that control trace logging levels, select the highest level at which you want to log events. Keep in mind that logging more information means larger log files and potentially slower performance.

Procedure

  1. Select one of the Trace Level options.
  2. Click Apply.
