About PASS-CT
PASS-CT (Coordinated Transportation) is an add-on module of Trapeze PASS. PASS is a demand response application that manages computerized scheduling, booking, and dispatching services in an efficient, productive, and cost-effective manner.
PASS-CT enables community transport services to coordinate demand response resources in order to provide efficient and effective transportation solutions to their clients. It allows transit agencies to specify rules around paratransit service areas, which are then implemented by the PASS system.
- Use security controls to ensure providers see only their own runs and trips when sharing a database between multiple organizations.
- Define scheduling parameters and system properties for individual providers
- Select the lowest cost provider for a trip.
- Coordinate trips for multiple service providers.
- In addition, PASS-CT allows providers to schedule and dispatch their own trips and to view other providers’ trips, if given permission to do so.
PASS-CT uses the Trapeze4 and Trapeze6 environments. Ancillary data is defined in Trapeze4 and security permissions are defined in Trapeze6.
