AVL List Options

To display information in the Itinerary/AVL grid of the Monitor screen (also referred to as the AVL list when AVL criteria are selected), you must enter viewing criteria in the Itinerary/AVL Options frame.

The following table describes the runs or vehicles that you are able to view in the grid and on the map when you choose Itinerary or AVL in the Itinerary/AVL Options frame.

Options	Runs	Vehicles
Itinerary Historical and projected information.	All scheduled events for the run are shown.	All scheduled events for the run or runs to which the vehicle is assigned are shown. Only available when a vehicle is assigned to a run.
AVL Historical information only.	All AVL reports from the vehicle or vehicles assigned to the run are shown. Only available when a vehicle has been assigned to a run.	All AVL reports from the selected vehicle are shown. This may include AVL associated to previous runs in the day.

You can view itinerary and AVL information at the same time by selecting both check boxes.

AVL records and itinerary records are shown in different colors for easy visibility. These colors can be customized for each user in File > Properties, on the Monitor Screen tab.
