About Rapid Response
Rapid Response is a Trapeze6 PASS module that is accessed in a Web browser.
- Identify areas affected by an incident. For example, natural disasters, vehicle accidents, city emergencies, and so on.

Cancel trip bookings that cannot be performed as a result of an incident.

Identify and contact clients who are living or currently located in an area affected by an incident.

Schedule trips to transport affected clients out of an affected area to a shelter, if needed.

Schedule trips to transport affected clients in shelters back home, if needed.

Create a report for reimbursement of expenses related to the transportation of affected clients.
