Cases and Infractions

Cases and Infractions are two tabs in Service Infractions.

Enhancements and corrections to Cases and Infractions typically concern system users.

To use this feature, the security permission PassEligibility/Service Infractions/Screens/Infractions must be granted.

In Service Infractions, on the Infractions tab, the following filters can be used to search for infractions:
  • Start Date (mandatory)
  • End Date (mandatory)
  • Policy, Client, Location (one of which is mandatory)
  • Stage
  • Location Type
  • Schedule Status
  • Para. Service
  • Provider
  • Purpose
  • Infraction Status

Use Display to show matching infractions and Reset to clear filter values.

After infractions are identified, the following options are available:
  • Confirm
  • Confirm All
  • Confirm Undecideds
  • Forgive
  • Forgive All
  • Forgive Undecideds

6.2.2 ENH Cases can now be updated in batches.

Specifically, all cases or all unassigned cases in a selected Investigation phase can be assigned to a specific user.

To do this, click Assign > All In Phase or Assign > All In Phase Unassigned Cases; or select Assign To Me > All In Phase or Assign To Me > All In Phase Unassigned Cases.

6.2.2 ENH Weather details can now be shown for infractions.

Weather information includes address, date and time, temperature, precipitation probability, wind speed, and humidity.

To view weather information, on the Cases tab, in the Infractions widget, for a trip with location information, click the Show Weather Information button.

  • Displayed only a limited number of infractions in infractions tab. Total infraction number displayed on title should indicate the correct total and batch operations have to update all infractions that match the criteria (not only the ones that are displayed).
