Cases and Infractions

Cases and Infractions are two tabs in Service Infractions.

Enhancements and corrections to Cases and Infractions typically concern system users.

Fixed an issue where when a case was in the Investigation phase, the Envelopes button on the menu ribbon appeared disabled (greyed-out), but when clicked could still download a letter. Added a parameter to the Add Infractions dialog box to indicate the number of test infractions to add. This will make it easier to add multiple infractions for the same client after finding their name from the list of all clients. Also, the infraction date(calendar’s current date) will set to the date set in Service Infractions, rather than the machine’s date.

A new pane (widget) called Documents is available.

A user will be able to add JPG, PNG, PDF, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX file formats. Users can upload the document and the name of the document will be visible in the pane, with an option available to Download, or Delete. Any downloads, or delete will be logged in the Case History pane.

The following improvements were made to the Case Comments pane:
  • Line breaks were removed in case comments. For example, line breaks were removed for when the latest comment is displayed in a multi-line format but comment history records were single lined.

  • The Add Comment dialog box was resized.

  • Changed the gear icon to a hyper link that displays the date and time of when the comment was edited. Clicking the hyperlink will show/hide it from the Case Comments list.

  • Changed background color to grey for the previous version of case comments (prior to the edit) to differentiate them from latest version of comments (edited comments), which are white.
