Fixed an issue in the Policies tab, where it was not possible to scroll down the Policies cards in the sidebar.

Fixed ScriptRuntimeError occurrences that indicated problems with the form. This error occurred when attempting to manually change the date by typing it instead of selecting it from the calendar.

Fixed an issue where the old template names were being displayed when a new template was uploaded. The new template name was only being displayed after clicking on the policy.

Added standalone scripts for preset template of letters and emails. Running just one script will create a policy including the letter and email templates.

Made improvements so that active policies could not be hidden, and hidden policies could not be activated.

Added a Fare Type filter to the Short Fare policy. Short Fare policy can generate infractions for events with the specific faretype: NT.

Short Fare policy will work for non payment of fares where the fare amount is not a whole dollar amount. Thresholds will support dollar and cent amounts, for example, $3.25.
