A script was created to allow the PowerShell to set the DSN by dynamically selecting from installed Oracle ODBC drivers.

Fixed an issue where when downloading a letter (Download > All in Phase) for cases in the Warning Alert 1 - Delivered phase returned a 404 error.

Improved the performance of the query that fetches short-fare infractions.

Letter templates will have flexibility to include tables with or without Alt-Text. If the letter's title (Alt-Text) is valid (for example, 'Infractions'), a row is added to the table for each record in the Infractions list, and the tags within the table should be replaced with data associated with those records. Conversely, if the letter does not have a title (Alt-Text) or it is set to an invalid value, the tags within the table will be replaced with mail-merge values, similar to how tags outside the table are handled.
