Suspend Only Supscription Trips Parameter

Suspension levels will incorporate a new parameter known as, Suspend Only Subscription Trips. This feature allows suspensions to be applied exclusively to subscription trips, while casual trips remain unaffected. Although the value of this parameter is respected during the cancellation of client trips when suspensions are enacted, it is not currently reflected in the suspension records.
