About Parameters

Parameters are the applicable rules based on transit agency policies and union agreements that govern transit operations.

These work rules are set between minimum and maximum or upper and lower limit penalty levels and applied by BlockBuster Web to achieve optimal and valid runcutting solutions.

The following graphic shows the Parameters screen:

The left pane lists the Groups and Situations. On the grid, the values are grouped by run type. The first column shows the parameter values, and the additional columns show their values by different levels: Sign-up Period, Context, and Scenario. As you select an option on the left pane, the values of the parameters on the grid are adjusted in the columns under each selected level.
