Installing BlockBuster Reports

You can install the BlockBuster Reports using the Trapeze5 Reports screen.

The required report components to install BlockBuster Reports are:
  • Trapeze5 build (for example, TP5-21.x.x.zip – where x is the version to be installed)
  • Standard Reports (FxReports-21.x.x.0.zip – where x is the version to be installed)
  • Custom Reports (FxReports-21.x.x.0-xxxxx.zip, if applicable - where x is the version to be installed and the second set of x represents the name of the transit site)

Place the Reports files within the folder of the Trapeze5 build you will be running the reports with.

  1. In the Trapeze5 workstation, Bin folder, right-click on the Shell50.exe file, and then in the shortcut menu, click Run as administrator.
    A message prompts you to allow an application to make changes to your device. Click Yes. The Select Trapeze Product dialog appears.
  2. Click Trapeze5, and then click OK.
    The User Login dialog is shown.
  3. Sign in as an administrator and enter the appropriate password.
  4. Click the Advanced button to set the profile.
    Additional fields are shown in the dialog.
    1. In the Config DSN list, select the appropriate data source.
    2. In the Profile list, select the appropriate profile.
    3. Click OK to exit the User Login dialog.
      The Trapeze5 workstation opens.
  5. Click Tools > Reports.

    The Trapeze5 Reports screen is displayed.

    1. In the new screen, click Tools > Extensions.
    2. On the Modules tab, click Add Module.
      The Select Module File dialog is displayed.
    3. In the Look in list, select the Plugin directory.
      A list of files with tpx extensions is displayed.
    4. Select the Report50.tpx file and Main50.tpx files.
      You can add them to the directory one at a time.
    5. Click Open.
      The files are added to the list on the Modules tab.
    6. Click OK to exit the Extensions dialog.
    7. To close the Trapeze5 screen, click File > Exit.
      Note: Recreate any previously developed report template when the standard or custom report files are updated.
