19.0.4.0 CORR The issue of frozen blocked trips being unblocked or split when running Run Block Optimizer has been fixed. The frozen blocked trips now remain blocked and uncut in BlockBuster when RBO is run. FX-11321
19.0.4.0 CORR The issue of the Run Block Optimizer Constraint parameters being displayed as codes in the Signup Default column has been fixed. The parameters are now service group dependent so will no longer be loaded or imported into the sign-up level. FX-11237
19.0.4.0 ENH The following parameters have been added under Miscellaneous Globals: Minimum Recovery Time and Maximum Recovery Time to control layovers, that is, prevent 0 or high layovers. They can be set for global minimum and maximum recovery values. (If used, the values set for the parameters are displayed in the Min RBO Layover and MaxRBO Layover columns on the Patterns tab in the Route Definition screen in FX.) FX-11471
19.0.5.0 ENH To enable users to stop the Run Block Optimizer while runcutting, the Close button has been replaced with a Cancel button in the Block Optimizer Status dialog. FX-11424
