General Workstation Commands

The table indicates the general workstation commands and their actions.

F1

Displays Help Topics.
SHIFT+F1 Displays individual help topic.
F5 Refreshes the active screen.

CTRL+m

 Displays System Map.
CTRL+F4 Closes the current screen.
CTRL+F6 Once you have pinned multiple screens, use this shortcut to move from screen to screen.
CTRL+SHIFT+F6 Goes to the previous screen.
CTRL+TAB Goes to the next open screen.
Left and Right arrow keys Go left or right on the fields on your screen using the left arrow and right arrow keys on your keyboard.
CTRL+S Save current record or file.
CTRL+CLICK Select multiple items in a drop-down list. (Not available in all drop-down lists.)
