Setting FX Crystal Reports Permissions

Setting up permissions for FX Crystal Reports using the following options, for the purpose of viewing the permissions later on.

1. When setting up FX Crystal reports, make sure that you have added the following line in the SEC.ini file:
   1. For standard reports: ..\Modules\Extra\Include\FxPlanStandard.security
   2. For custom reports: ..\Modules\Extra\Include\XXX.security (where XXX stands for the transit agency's name)
2. In the Security screen of the Client shell, select the users or user groups who can use or edit the FX Crystal reports. Click the following options and choose grant:
   1. For standard reports: Crystal Reports > FxPlanStandard
   2. For custom reports: Crystal Reports > FxReportsXXX (where XXX stands for the transit agency's name)
