Viewing Logged Events (Executed Actions)

You can view log reports of the different FX activities.

Detailed Report

Trapeze SQL reports allow you to view in detail, the items that have been logged using the FX logging feature. They are:
  • FX_Activity Details by Screen
  • FX_Activity Details by Screen & Signup
  • FX_Activity Details by LineStopByDate

The FX Tracker table outlines the events that each detailed report displays.

Summary Reports

Four reports allow you to view statistics of events that have been logged. They are:

  • FX Activity Summary
  • FX Activity Summary by Signup
  • FX Activity Summary by User
  • FX Activity Summary by User & Signup

Summary Reports display a count or the number of insertions, modifications, or deletions of records that were made over a set period of time or within a sign-up period (depending on the report).

Common attributes across summary reports;

  • LoginName: Tracks the user who performed the task.
  • SignUp: Name of the sign-up period.
  • LogType: Lists the type of record that is being tracked.
  • UpdateType: Lists whether a record was inserted, deleted, or modified.
  • Count: Lists the number of events of each update and log type.
